I do compound lifts for the most part, the only direct bicep work that I do is 3 sets of straight bar curls and then some cable work, once a week.

I wish I could improve my chest strength.

Eat and get bigger, work hardest on your back and legs followed by chest and then synergist muscle groups.

Muscular shape/size can be genetic. I have some big arms for someone who doesn't do much if any direct bi work. If I were 15% my arms would be jacked, more then every curl jockey who works out at my gym.
