Both your 500 pull and Johns 725 pull was sickning. You guys pull that weight like I pull 315.

That is what I want to do someday! How long will it take for me to hit 500lbs? Should I move to a wider stance? Give me tips and I will do what you say! :D

Yes, the music in my gym is terrible. I don't even notice it when I'm about to lift, but inbetween sets it can be irritating.

Superman- 2 things. Make your form better and get stronger. :) Do you pull 405 for 1 rep now or reps?

405 lbs in the traditional stance. I don't spread my feet apart as wide as you. People have told me that I shouldn't go higher because I might mess up my spine. I don't listen to people. :D
