Whatttttup people???? Hope everyone has something planned for the day... at least my American counter parts.

Just a little update on me... I moved up from L.A. to the SF Bay area.... Berkeley to be exact. I'll be attending school here at Cal for who knows how long. I'm pretty much settled and have been working out constantly since I've been up here. I've had a bit of a motorcycle accident too and have no transportation... I constantly find myself walking about 8+ miles a day (ill be shredded in no time! haha) A bit boring, but most people are gone for the summer...

So what are my goals??? I guess it's the same and pretty much along the lines of everyone else. i want to be bigger, faster, stronger, look better, and oh ya.... be healthier! My strength isn't where it used to be, but with a little time and consistency... it'll get back up there. I haven't had much of an appetite since the move, which is quite surprising. Ill be around to stay and be a post whore again.

haha thanks for chiming in guys... anyway I was home in L.A. for the weekend but now am back at it...

This morning I ended up doing a bit of cardio and abs and in the evening hit a full body workout... a weak session none the less...

threw in some misc arm work... and walaa. Im losing weight like crazy... could it be the 10 miles of walking, lack of sleep, and not eating daily??? could be, but who knows.

That was probably a tough workout, full body kicks your butt. Why are doing cardio after walking that much!
