Sugar free jello cut up into cubes and mixed with that cottage cheese goo (http://builtblog.wikidbody.com/2007/05/02/cottage-cheese-goo/) stuff I make. Cherry or strawberry is good with the chocolate goo.

Crystal light. Gas?
Awesome. I want to meet a hot australian girl that lights her farts.
That and the accent would just drive me bonkers.

I eat grapefruit when I'm having a sugar craving. Any kind of fruit should help.

Except fruit contains Fructose. Depending on her diet that would be contradictory to what she is trying to accomplish.
That's like saying "Smoke a cigarrette" to answer the question "How do I beat a nicotine craving?'

I totally beat my nicotine cravings with a cigarette.
