well ill start my journal up soon but for now id like to say i completed my 5x5 reps on bench.
i did
bar warm up
95 x10 warm up
115x5 warm up
135x5 warm up
145x5
150x5
155x5
155x5
160x5


i did every rep. it feels good. dumbells definetly make barbell easier.
ill get my journal up.
