Ah, the life of a professional hobbit.
Most of the old-timers on this board know me and those of you who don't, well, you'll find out soon enough. I'll spare you the introduction.
The tax man took a huge chunk out of Spamwise's checkbook earlier this year and things went to pot for a little while. No money = no food = hardly any gym. I'm only starting to get back on track but it'll be a while before things get back to where they used to be.
I also have 900 t-cells. 903 to be exact. That's the highest it's ever been. Things are looking up.
Today was the first day back in the gym in oh....3 to 4 months?

Medicine ball crunches: BWx15, BWx13, BWx10
Medicine ball split squats: 3 sets of 10 each -- because I have balance issues
Squats: barx8, 65x8x2, 65x7
Angled calf raises: 90x8x2, 110x8x2, 110x6
Plank: 2 sets @ 40 seconds
Don't expect stunning numbers. Do expect a rededication.
Oh yeah, and lots of food porn. It wouldn't be a proper journal without that.

Today's Fitday doesn't include macros for a shake I got from my gym. Something like 1100 calories and 75g protein I think. I'm having a bowl of cottage cheese right now and I gotta tell y'all, it's great.
