Im trying to eat the 150 grams of protein a day. Im not going to buy any supplements. But I just cant seem to get there. I also only eat like 2000 calies a day. I probably need more like 3,800 to get big. What are some of your meals that you eat?

My lunch yesterday was 16oz of low fat cottage cheese, 2 5oz cans of tuna, and about 3tbsp of sugar free relish. That had 117g of protein and around 650 cals (give or take).

If I can do 117 in one meal with just normal food, you should be able to do the same.
