View Full Version : Do I HAVE to track calories?

I have to say, tracking calories is boring. Is it a good option to go by the mirror to judge weight gain, and also fat loss? If I put on 2 pounds a week on a bulk, and lose two pounds a week on a cut, whilst training VERY hard, should I be ok? It's just tracking every day really is quite a chore.

You donít have to track calories everyday. Itís mainly for people who need to micromanage their diet because of different issues. I eat mainly the same foods so
I pretty much know how many calories I eat everyday.
But if you are trying to gain or lose without any results then tracking calories will do wonders. Most skinny guys who complain about high metabolism simply arenít eating enough.
