Is there a reason why you're going down only half way?

Hurt my shoulder a while back. I can go down all the way but I'd rather not take that chance.

I could do it touching my chest. :)

I think you're cheating yourself with that ROM, shoulder issues or not, but what do I know.

It'd be even more impressive if you just went the extra inch but if you think it's going to mess up your shouldar again dont I suppose. Still.... that was very impressive. Good work. :strong:

lol I'll do it again. Not a big deal.

You have to understand that its not that I can't, its that I choose not to.

Touching your chest or not, you're throwing that weight around like its nothing. Good stuff.

Strong stuff, if you say you can touch your chest with every rep then theres nothing wrong with not doing it if you hurt your shoulder.

Whats your current and all time max? I know I smoked 335 and would have done the same to 355 and never repped 315 more then 3 times.

I only count 9 1/2 ;)

Good job though, looked easy for you.

Nice lifting man, as mentioned that was a really solid tempo.

looking very strong. I remember being able to bench that much...ahhh memories. That care of that shoulder. I had shoulder surgery six months ago and although it feels great now the recovery was a painful experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
