~9-10%

You could definitely add mass to that frame with minimal fat.

What do your legs look like?

you are pretty lean and have some nice muscle shape. you can easily add a lot of weight with a slow clean bulk and not put on much fat.

Looks like you have good genetics and could add some quality mass.

8-10% you have the frame to build on. Just focus on gaining size

I agree with what everyone here posted. Eat big and lift heavy bro. You have the frame to do great things over the coming months and years.

What island you live on?
Oahu, the one containing our capital, Honolulu

Wakiki is my guess.
Waikiki is actually just a part of our island, the part all the tourists go to cuz its pretty much a long stretch of really nice beach with hotels and shopping centers next to it.

Thanks everyone, you have no idea how motivated I'm feeling right now. I'm going to start WBB1 this week and I'm already eating big big big, cuz that's what you guys seem to tell everyone that comes through here

dude you look like my twin lol, im also about 6 foot 1 about 162 at the moment and i too have long bird like legs. i got up to 182 at one point but i started smaller than you about 150 haha. What size are you aiming for? i think 200-210 is a decent size for our height and thats what im aiming for. I'm also doing a slow clean bulk i would reccomend it. MAKE A JOURNAL! it will help you keep track of progress. Looking forward to seeing your progress good luck man.

No doubt.

Herandi once you get to 200, you wont want to stop. I always thought once I broke 200 I'd be happy with my physique. That was no where near the case at all.

And to the OP, you have a great base to start with. Now its time to eat.

Lol well we all have short term goals. I probably wont stop there either, but 250 at 8-10% bf sure sounds good.

Malakian - You definitely look like you have plenty of room to add quality mass without looking fat at all. I think your back needs the most work (maybe legs but I don't see any pics). Deadlift, do pullups and rows, and squat. Those will add back width and leg mass. Of course, you have to eat plenty for that to happen, too. Good luck.
