Looking pretty big. I'd say maybe 16% on the BF, you have a decent sized gut.

Are you cutting/bulking? What are your lifts like? If I were you, I'd cut a little bit, because I know you've got a good amount of muscle under there.

I"m not cutting or bulking. I just eat between 3000-3500 everyday. I really don't care about a six pack because I'm trying to just get stronger. I do endless set of crunches , sometimes 200 straight just to help with my core during Squats and Deadlifts.

Bench 285
Dead 455
squat 405x2(Not my true max)

About 15%, I will say you hold bodyfat very evenly on your frame. This is a very good quality.

Sorry to burst your bubble but that doesn't help your core at all. Thats the equivalent to curling 5lb dumbbells for 200 reps to strengthen your biceps.

Weighted ab work brotha!

Get on a decline bench put a 25lb plate behind your head and then try crunches. You will prolly be able to do 10-20. Find a weight where you can do 10 reps or so and work em just like any other muscle group 2 times a week should be fine. As your abs get stronger and thicker grab bigger plates. You can keep the plate on your chest or behind your head (behind the head will be harder cause the plate has more impact on your leverage.)

Thanks , I will definitely start using this exercise.

yea man, I mean It doesn't have to be this exercise. I just like that one cause it can be a lot of resistance without getting complicated. Remember your abs are no different from any other muscle group. You wouldn't squat 45 lbs 200 times or curl 5lbs 200 times, don't treat your abs any different. They will get bigger and thicker like any muscle oh and stronger. That is if you train them with resistance .

Would a glute ham machine work well for this? (flipped over obviously...) Kinda rocky style situps.

Anything to add resistance will work, using cables, plates, bands, small children, nude woman, anything to create resistance to where you are in the rep range you want to be.

For some reason you look a lot better in the last pic then the other two. Your my height and 195 I'm 170 your close to the amount of weight I want to achieve 200. Looking at you now though 200 might be to much 185-195 I think will be perfect.

If you cut up a bit you would be a monster.

Thats some strong abs to be able to hold a 25lb plate behind the head and knock 10-20?I prefer dumbbells behind the head, they easier to hold.

How steep of a decline are you using?

Another good ab exercise is this:

wow, you are looking strong. I would even go as far to say that you can benefit from a bulk to fill in your chest and arms. Every impressive.

Wow good info....I have been doing abs without resistence as well....thats just how I have always done them High Reps. I like to put my legs on a bench and do crunches this way. I will start doing them with weights though. I also doing hanging knee raises these I can only do 10-12 without weights....can weights be added to this lift as well? Maybe a DB with your feet?

Right, because if he dropped 10 pounds of fat, he'd look like a starving Ethiopian.

With abs.

Don't worry, I personaly don't think you need to cut infact you couold benefit from a bulk. You look lean that's all you need. Who wants to be shredded unless you are competing or walking around town with no shirt on.

You probably shouldn't post any longer. If you think he's sixteen percent, then over half this board is 22%+.
