I tend to sleep in to get my needed 8-10hour sleep, but when I wake up it's around 12pm, do I eat breakfast...or lunch? Or both?

hmm. well it doesnt matter. whatever you're hungry for. as long as the macros are there then it doesn't matter what you're eating.

Why would it matter? As long as it fits into your diet plan, eat what you want.

There is no law identifying any food and recipe for being used exclusively in breakfast or lunch. You are officially allowed to eat a big fat t-bone at breakfast and Froot Loops (argh) at dinner.

I don't designate food for certain times of the day...I usually just eat whatever I'm in the mood for
Whatever you eat its still going to be breakfast:D

yeah the first meal of the day is called breakfast...you break your fast from the time you go to sleep til the time you wake up.
Today my breakfast was 2 turkey burgers, 2 rice cakes and coffee
My lunch will be 6 egg whites and a peach
