your brother is not 4%...unless he is an IFBB pro and thats on competition day.

You are around 7-8% bf.

I assume that first picture is flexed?

Also, the only thing I see wrong with your physique is your chest. It's a bit small. You got a ripped pack and leg definition.

my brother was telling me that you need to have at least 4 percent body fat... because he says fat stores energy... and when your a sprinter you want to throw off as much fat as possible... but not to much because it stores energy

So focus on building your chest up to about 170 max on the bench (don't be unproportional) and you'll be all set.

I'm sure you're pulling in the ladies as we speak.

haha they like the abbs... but i still want there to be... more of me
lol like a little more size... but i want it to be muscle... i dont want fat covering it

how long should it take to build up my chest? to around 170 max?

and like... is there a way i can focus... when i'm doing my abb work out, to focus on the bottom 2 on my pack??? do you know what i mean?

do leg lifts or have some one throw you a medicine ball right before you go down on a decline bench keeping the ball over your head. I think that helps target them. also you dont have to be so damn skinny and small to have a low bf% look at some of the fastest sprinters what do they look like?

yeah haha
my idols...
michael johnson... 6'1 175
asafa powell.... 6'3 175
maurice greene... 5'10 183
justin gatlin 6'0 180
tyson gay 5'11 170

i'm 5'11 140... but i'm only 16... so i am guessing/hoping i'll be like 6'0 170 or something in college?

my bro is a senior in college... he is 6'2 180...

It all depends on the person. But you'll be getting beginner gains so if you really work at it maybe... 2 and a half to 3 months?

Whats your track times?

It'll come edasier if you gain more weight. You should not be concerned with your bodyfat right now. I bet you could eat like our boy stumpr and still stay very lean.

EAT!! You make me look thick for crying out loud.

Take advantage of the testosterone running through your body at that age. You can make some great gains if you train hard. 170 bench by Thanksgiving for sure.

but when football starts i'm only going to be lifting once a week and taking it fairly easy
football starts august and ends sometime in late october

Whats your track times?
100m normal average: 11.4
100m fastest i've done (slightly wind-aided):11.06
200m: 24.2 seconds
400m: 53.8 seconds
800m: 2:12 seconds

Well if thats your goal screw bench press. Focus on your body strength and flexibility. Squats, Glute Hams, Lunges, and ab work. With lots and lots of stretching afterwards. That's going to help you get faster.

Now if you actually do want to look good also focus on your bench press.... but if you really just care about getting faster focus alot more on your lower body.
