I know we all get tired of tuna but it is a muscle growing staple so I eat it daily. Give the "spicy thai chili" tuna a try at your supermarkets. One can has only 160 cals, slightly more than water packed, and the same protein per gram. Throw it on a bed of lettuce with your favorite salad ingredients and you will have a nice power packed lunch. Tastes great too!
