View Full Version : My cut from 192 to 176

Well, I may have lost alot of weight but the changes arent THAT huge I think.

Here are the before pictures: http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=96938

Just follow the links to get to my original pictures if you want to see my "transformation"

I dont know my BF% but what ever it is, its as low as its ever been. Im in the best shape of my life (which may not be exceptional but im getting there).

The last pic I just decided to do a pose that ive seen BBs do, so dont laugh :P (edit: the posing picture is on the next post)

DL- 300
SQ- 225
BP- On a BB the most was 175 but I doubt I can do that again after using DBs for so long. Im bench press challenged.

As far as look, the BBs from the 50s look really neat. Nice back, not extremely lean but still cut, not freakishly huge... I would like to look like that but since ive considered PLing I dont know how I can balance it all out.

The chest is definitely looking better as is the back. Comments would be nice! I know my lagging parts... traps, chest, and arms in general. Legs havent changed much from before. They have gotten a bit more defined/separation.

Heres the posing one.

nice improvement! You've leaned out quite a bit. The biggest improvement is right around your waistline.
If you're interested in PLing, just do it!.... and eat well. You'll be surprised with happens :p I'll have to post some pics, but I'm pretty sure I've recomped over the last few months using Westside.
PS welcome to the club....being bench press challenged sucks lol

Nice improvements dude. Can finally see some abs :p.

You've made some great progress since you're earliest pix--and I definitely would encourage you to keep slowly bringing the bf down as you are putting muscle. Running 2x week has made a big difference for me with this. You've got a lot to be proud of...

Good job dude! Are you gonna keep cutting or maintaining for the summer? Btw, nice necklace I have the same exact one.

07-14-2007, 09:58 AM
Thanks for the comments guys! I have worked hard and its great to see results.

This summer im probably going to lose some more weight slowly. I seem to be losing weight despite the fact that im eating a lot. It seems my job at camp is active enough for me to lose weight.

Any bf% estimates?

Great progress man, seems you are even leaner than when I met you.

Bf I would guess about 13% or so, but Im terrible at estimates.

Thanks man.
I thought it would be hard for me to lose weight but its not bad at all. Me being a fatty for almost 20 years, I assumed it would be harder than it was.

BTW, how did the PSMF go(as far as how tolerable it was)? I'm buying both of Lyle's diet books(UD 2.0 and PSMF one) and am thinking it will come in handy in a few months when I'm 200 and 18-20 BF%.

07-14-2007, 04:26 PM
The PSMF was simple... breakfast filled me up because those eggwhites really expand when cooked and I ate alot of cucumbers throughout the day. I made lean burgers and ate a lot of cottage cheese.

So..overall, it was pretty successful in your mind(fat loss vs muscle loss, rate of loss, etc.)? Sweet. His book is going to be a helpful tool during college. :alcoholic

Oh and good job on your progress. You've leaned out alot.

07-14-2007, 05:27 PM
It was a complete success in my mind. Im stronger now at 176 than I was at 192.

07-14-2007, 08:15 PM
Good to hear man. Now it's time to bulk again and get even stronger.:whip:

Looking great bro. You could even keep getting more cut and you would not look too skinny. You have a very balanced athletic physique. I would guess your bodyfat to be 15% but you are holding bodyfat very evenly which is a good thing. You are putting on or maintaining muscle while dieting. Your body is a machine right now, keep it up you are going in the right direction. Good luck

The 590 shot looks solid. You are built almost like me.

Hahha I looked at your pics and I see what you mean. Thanks man.
