Hey

Well ive just ran out of my whey and cant afford to buy any for a week or so!

I still have my dex though, so was just wonderin wats the best source of protein next to whey which i can take after me work out? Like i said i still have my dex so il just mix that with my creatine and some water.

Just the protein now, any help would be great.

If price is an issue, eggs and canned tuna are both cheap and good sources of protein. Otherwise - Milk, cheese, any type of meat or fish, nuts, seeds, beans, peanut butter, tofu...

Read the labels or do a search to see just how much protein is in a serving.
