I know that this question is probably over asked but, I am really new to all this. I weigh about 235 and would really like to drop down to about 200. My diet is really a problem. Can anyone give me some clue as to what I should eat? I have lost almost 100 pounds, but man I only ate one meal a day and was a metabolife addict...lol I want to do this right.
