you neck muscles r crazy, im jealous... i think you need work on your back, on the side muscles..and could use sum work on ur lower abs
and can't really tell from here (you need a leg shot) but it looks like ur quads r pretty small in comparision to ur upper body..other then that a great physique

Thanks! however in my eyes i still look like **** -_- Lower abs will come once i loose the stuborn fat i need to lean into the single digits %. My quads arnt small but they arnt big either.. i'll post pics of them as well.. I dont want my quads to be too big actually, I would still like to fit into my jeans lol. but i do agree ! they are somewhat lagging. also i feel like my lower back needs work as well.. It seems like i have a good amount of fat in that section. My diet has been in good shape but the past 1 1/2 months it's been eh! dont get me wrong. Im not eating dirty. I'm just eating to much!! i carb up way to much before i hit the gym.. Which i need to relax on. anyways ill post pictures again in about 8 months

Definite improvement in mass and decreased body fat. Would like to see legs too - good job.

Very good man...Great progress and crazy muscle gain. I would like to see a relaxed front pic though, just to see how proportionate you are before I could tell u any particular body part to work.

Alright guys, leaned out a bit more from when i took these, however it's been 2 weeks into my bulking stages and strength is already going up a bit. My goal is to reach approx 185lbs -/+. right now i'm at 159lbs so i've got along ways to go. Once i reach this target ill post pictures up again; wish me luck my guys.
