This is my first online journal....I have always done a 5 day split and spent hours at the gym. I am trying the 5x5 theory. I will be doing DLs 5x5, Bench Press 5x5 and squats 5x5. I will do 2 workouts this week to try it out.

Okay here is my first day.....
Squats 135x5 185x5 225x5(3)
Bench press 135x5 205x5(4)
Deadlifts 135x5 185x5 225x5(3)
Pullups 5, 20x5(4)
seated calf 2 sets of 15
barbell curl 85x5

Next time i wont do the curls...I dont think i need them. Im just used to working out every bodypart. And i was supposed to do chins so I will do them next time instead of pullups.
