Does it make any differnence in muscle growth? Some days maybe 1-2 days in a row I don't have meat, just because I ran out, or don't have time to cook up any...These days I'm still having the same amount of protein as usual from tuna, cottage cheese, milk, whey, etc

The only reason I ask this is it seems like all those vegan bodybuilders are small...

Tuna is meat. Either way as long as you're getting your protein you'll be fine.

So we don't need to eat meat everyday? I've always strived to have atleast 1 piece of chicken a day. As long as I'm having milk, eggs, tuna, whey, etc...Theres no difference?

it's all complete protein, you're fine.
