Hi all,
I found some of my old "fat" pictures thought you might like to see what I looked like before, and a new one to compare to. I was around 360+ in the first 3 I'm about 200 now. I still have a long way to go, and I have all the extra skin now, but at least I don't look like this any more.

Holy crap, very amazing transformation and very little if any loose skin!

Your yet one more source of inspiration for me and you can never have too much of that! Someday I'll make a thread like this of my own.

Thanks, I mainly counted calories and fat and just exercised like crazy. I did alot of cardio at first and then slowly started adding weightlifting in. Now I rarely do cardio and focus on weightlifting the most.

Damn man counting calories is the most ****tiest part about a diet, cause what if u go out to a restaurant or to a buddies house or something ur not gonna ask how many calories it has ur just gonna devour it LOL!!!

If you want to reap the rewards you have to stay the course.

Unholy put it best "You gotta pay the cost to be the boss".

He paid the cost, hes now showing his hard work paid off.

I avoided restraunts ( fast food in particular) but if I did go out, I went someplace I knew I could eat ex: Subway, red lobster. I liked Red Lobster because they have the calories and fat on the back of their menu for some of their entree's. That or I always ordered the standard baked chicken if I went somewhere else.

It wasn't any fun, but it got the job done. :-)

yeah, I am actually going to see a friend I haven't seen in about 2 years. I haven't told him yet about the weight loss. I always like the look on peoples face when they see me for the first time.

I'm not really focusing on losing now, and more worried about gaining muscle.
