I'm suffering from shoulder and bicep tendonitis at the moment. Been like this for 7 weeks now. I have been getting some deep tissue work done, and am applying plenty of ice and heat.
I rested fully for a few weeks, yet I still have it. I essentially feel the pain in the anterior deltoid when I push so I cannot do any shoulder or chest presses.
The past couple of weeks i've gone back to the gym and have been doing back, triceps, biceps and legs with minimal discomfort. I have two questions
1. Am I impeding my recovery by doing these body parts
2. What is a typical recovery time for tendonitis. From my research it seems to be anywhere from 1 month to 4 months
