Sprained my ankle and injured my achilles in the football game friday. Got very stiff overnight and couldnt walk saturday, but today I can walk and everything so it's definetly been making progress.
Been doing the hot cold thing. ( jacuzzi for 30-40 minutes, then ice ankle after) and got in a ice whirlpool a couple times today.
But on to the question..... with everyone you ask it seems you get a different answer. Whats the best way to go about treating a ankle for a fast recovery temperature wise? Some people swear by cold, some people by heat, some people by the hot-cold-hot-cold ect.
