Chinups are underhand, pullups are overhand.

I like to mix in both. I feel it hits my arms and back from different angles for an overall workout.
Coming from an asthetic point of view, I definitely like to incorporate as many different angles and movements into my workouts. I feel like I grow more evenly that way. Love the overhand, underhand, neutral trifecta. Huge burn in the back and bis!
