Great quick snack before bed.
I was just bored and hungry so i went to my kitchen and mixed some vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and vanilla whey protein together.
It was simply amazing, it probably has lots of calories and protein.
tips: put the ice cream in the microwave for about 10 seconds to soften it up a bit, then add the other ingredients.
then procceed to mix vigorously with ur spoon(blender in the dishwasher) to make a consistent awesomly textured mush.
i used about 2 scoops of ice cream, 1 scoop of whey and a big spoonful of pb
