High Protein, low fat Banana-Vanilla Ice Cream
Oh my god. I was messing around and figured out how to make the best damn ice cream ever.
4 Frozen bananas
2 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp Splenda
3 scoops vanilla Maximus or Opticen for vanilla thickness
-Throw the bananas in a food processer and start grinding them up. Toss in the splenda, buttermilk, and Maximus or Opticen and mix until mixture is uniform.
No freezing is necessary and the ice cream is ready to eat. Takes like 5 minutes to make and it isn't bad at all for you.
