squat and power clean technique
After squats I only feel sore on the inner part of my thigh rigth above my knee. What am I doing wrong?
Also I'm only a freshman on the football team so I'm just now learning to power clean. But when I try to do heavier weights I get it all the way up to when you need to flip up your wrists and have to drop it. My coach says I'm trying to force it and I need to land underneath it but I'm somewhat confused at the moment. Also, when you kind of jump in the power clean my feet split gets a little but too wide right now. How can I fix the split?
