Lucky for me my schedule is convenient enough that I can do two a days quite often. Is this a wise choice for weight loss? My typical routine 6 of 9 days would be:
8am weightlifting followed by HIIT cardio
2pm HIIT cardio
Is this a good idea or am I pushing myself a little too much? Ive actually been doing it the past few weeks and am enjoying it but I am wondering if its really helping my fat burning or if I should just stick to the morning session.
