Hi, i'm new to weight traning and really havent gone to the gym. I'm 20 years old, weigh around 190(mostly fat), and around 5'11. I am kind of fat, most of the fat is around my chest area( man boobs) :(. lol. Anyways, what's the best remedy to get rid of them? Also, please provide me with a schedule that you guys use.
PS- i use P90X (chest and back) at home... well, started yesterday! Is that good? I know it's a long question, but please help!
