Speed squats with bands for the first time.
I was happy with speed but my 2and and 3rd rep in the vid was sloppy. It's alright, first time I'll get ahold of it.

25lbsx50s-I'm so mentally weak at planks I hate doing them by myself. I do so much better when someone else is timing me and yelling at me not to give up. It's probably the most mentally challenging exercise for me.

Thanks, yea it was some hard pressing today. On the 395x2 I fought the lockout for so long and finally got it. Definitely straining on my CNS. I used a little bit too much tension by setting the bands too high but you live you learn.
