Elbow is still messin with me but since there is no flexion or extension at the elbow for deads it didn't bother me much for these.

Took it light today I wasn't going to take any chances ****ing my elbow up.
215x6- After this I ever so slightly felt my elbow acting up. Just that was enough for me to call it not taking any chances today.

That's all I did today gotta take it easy on the elbow. Not the best sessions but it felt so good to lift again! I should be back in a good stride here in a couple weeks.

205x5-Went up the easiest it ever has. I know I could have set a PR Tonight but my Damn left hip flexor started acting up. Hopefully its all better by Dead lift day.

I was spotting that big guy again yesterday when I went. He barely missed benching 5 plates but then again he did 5x5x405 before trying 5 plates.
