whisk together the following...
~2/3c olive oil
~2/3c low sodium soy sauce -- i find it sweeter
~1/4c lemon juice
~2tbsp liquid smoke or I used chipotle pepper sauce
~2tbsp spicy dijon or I used spicy dijon AND horseradish
~2tsp black pepper
~garlic - use powder if you would like, but I used fresh garlic
I threw 5 chicken breasts ~8oz each in a ziplock bag with the marinade and sealed it for about ~5 hours... dont want it to marinade too long because of the acidity of the lemon.

forgot to mention I also threw in 2 packets of splenda for a little sweet and spicy theme.
