...Wow. You're actually the person that I WISH I'VE BECOME. Hopefully, within 2-3 years, I could surpass you...
Until then, the only thing that i can give you are compliments. There are lots of freaky strong people in this site.
Samj - do you normally ramp the weights like that? I used to go all out on every set and try for 5 but for the last 2 weeks i've decided to ramp the weights instead and feel like its going to work much better.
Just wondered about your experience with it
Numbers look good man...hang tough with those military presses.
thanks alot meaty might but i should be much stronger in 2-3 years also! lol
leetuck
not to sure what you mean do you keep the same on the bar? ive always ramped it up though
thanks alot for stopping by coke, i will but not sure if to leave them out this week and do 4 board bench on friday, pressing 3times per week too much do you think?
Sorry for being unclear... basically after a warmup I basically use the same weight on the bar and my set usually get something like 5-4-4-3-3. I think ramping the weight like you do is going to be much better. Been doing it 2 weeks now and it feels much better anyway.
By the time you get to 21 your are gonna be one strong mofo :)
