Max per body part?
What would you say is the max amount of exercises for each muscle group in a single workout session if you only work each one once a week? I'm just curious because I've been doing 4 different exercises for each group and am not sure if i could be doing more.
It depends on a lot of things, sets reps, weight, etc.
If you're training hard on every movement, then 4 should be more than enough.
I would say you're asking bizarre questions and need to do a little more reading.

There's too many things we don't know to answer the question well.
everyone's body is different, different training programs with different amounts of exercises per body part work for different people, in my opinion its about trial and error. you should stick to some already made programs on the net etc then when you become more experienced and know your body better try to make your own.
