should I be gaining weight with this workout?
I'm 5'8" 140 lbs currently. basketball player but want to regain the 15 lbs I lost since summer. Maintain 7% bodyfat consistantly but can't play any basketball if I want to weigh more than 140 lbs. Ectomorphic bodytype I guess.
8" x 4" hands
size 11 feet
6' 2" wingspan
20 years old
ectomorphic body type
parents are both 5' 8"
I'm projected to grow to 5'10 or 5'11" by doctors. Dad didn't grow to full height until age 24.
That might have something to do with my inability to put on weight. In a couple of years when I'm physically matured I figure it should be easier to gain weight.
As for right now should I be gaining weight if I'm eating enough good, clean food and training with this workout 3-4 times per week?
I want to figure out if my workout consistancy or my diet is the problem right now. As I've been eating more with this workout and haven't gained any weight. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks now so I figure I should be seeing some gains.
