So far after two sessions of deficit deads (using 25s instead of 45s) I can really see where my problems are. My one rep max is around 400 and I find repping out 250 while trying to keep good form is quite difficult. These definately force you to use your legs and if you don't you'll know. The weight is light but the motion is difficult to keep perfect. I think this is going to be the best thing for my deadlift.
