Video of my Clean & Jerk and Front Squat
Clean & Jerk:
First is a 90kg C&J...previous PR (2 weeks ago) was 80kg
Second is 70kg for a triple...70kg is my new working weight (was 60kg)
The one obvious thing that comes to mind is speed, or lack there of. I'm still fairly new to oly lifting, I've been at it for about a month now, so I'm hoping speed will come with time.
First is a 140kg FS for a PR
Second is a 120kg triple...could have squeezed out another rep, but decided not to.
I hardly ever front squatted prior to starting oly lifitng. I'm making a lot of progress with them so far, adding weight fairly quickly.
