Clean & Snatch form Check
So I have been scaling the weight down until I nail my form. I am trying so hard to keep my arms straight and I think I am making some progress. I am also doing tons of lower mobility work to gain travel in my squat.
Any advice is sure appericiated!
40kg Snatch - I put straps on because I expected to do a set of hang snatches but changed my mind last minute. Also, the weather is making one of my recently healed fingers feel really sore, so I pussed out and went w/ straps. there, i said it.
