Deadlifted 462 x 1 for the first time beltless ;) so who ever mentioned that race to 500 by years end, im in!
finally got 95lbs on deadlifts, 100% raw too....man i am so huge :ninja:

Feeling real good! BW was 177.2 this morning.
Squatted 375x8 ATG last night, not sure if it's a PR but I suppose it could be. No wraps or belt.
Close grip floor press 225 x 17 with feet on floor.
I think I can hit 611 at my meet in 3 weeks.
