I forgot to post about my first competition.
10/17/09 NASA Morehead, KY meet.
I wanted to be conservative and wanted to go 9/9 so I did.
Squats: 365, 419, 463
Bench: 276, 298, 309
Deadlift: 452, 502, 535
Only thing I ended up using was wrist wraps to bench.
I really wish I would have went a little heavier but, I'm happy. I did what I intended to do.
Squat - raw, belt only, ATF
I got 410x4 a month ago so I was happy with this.
Hit 275 x 1 squat 10lb PR
maybe I got the +10lbs from my new chuck doubles... About time I got with the program and started squating with proper footwear after tweaking my calfs in walking shoes.
355/5/1 Deadlift during my SS during workout! Followed by a 5 min rest and 395/1/1! Both PR's for me!
squat 285 x 1 10lb PR
I squatted 405+180lbs band tension x 2 to a low box. Walking it out was a bitch
585 at the top is no joke, especially to a low box for 2 reps, good job.
476 x 1 dead lift... that was a 51 pound PR... LOL
and 411 x 1 squat... 6 pound PR.

Then I did a 1RM on bench! 245X1 PR
Unfortunatly I used all the gas in my tank and missed my PR on Deads! Next time!
Front Squat, belt only
Hadn't tried it in a few months and this was a 15lb PR.

my 2nd day trying low bar squats
495 X 3
515 X 2
these were without wraps/sleeves which is a PR for me without those. Normally I'd use at least sleeves but my next meet doesn't allow them so I'm getting used to training without them. I think I definitely have 515X3 in me but the bar started sliding around on me so I played it safe
Close grip fat bar floor press- 300x3 and 200x17.

Shirted Bench 308 x 2, then 320 x 2. No hand offs, no spots LOL.
Full gear squats - 628.5x1 @ ~210lbs
Plus some in the tank! Record is 642 so I really hope I can kill it!
All PR's for me! I generally haven't been able to increase all three lift in one day and actually hit them clean! So a good day! Gonna do a heavy Bench single monday!
