Hit a new PR yesterday of 225 x 24 on bench....hoping to get to 30 by August 17, and 50 by the time I graduate.
5/25/11 365x3 on squats
5/27/11 - (hopefully) 465x1 on deads. i believe i can get it i got 445x3 last week pretty easily and it was my last set.

Dam, I tried maxing out on reps of 225 on bench (because that's NFL Combine weight), and my old PR was 26, so obviously I was going for 27. I was about an inch away from lockout on my last rep....first time I've ever failed to lockout in my entire life. I've gone until failure, but I mean like first time I've ever gotten to the point where I could just instantly lock it out and failed.

Didn't quite get 390, but I'm glad I got a new PR! 225 27 times! I know people here can rep that like 100 times, but for me, it's a big accomplishment for an incoming freshman (college).
EDIT: I think, if I fix my muscle imbalance (it's pretty big, and honestly, I think it's cause I only carry grocery bags up the stairs in my left hand), that I could get another 4-5 reps. Any tips on how to do this, besides dedicating entire days to just one arm?

Hit 225 28 times on bench, a new PR! Tried 29 times a few hours later, and I think I could've done it, but I hit the rack on 22, and it screwed up my pace.
usually i dont max so close together but last week i pulled 605 on rack pulls from mid shin. today i pulled 485 on deads at 174lbs :)
Figure best place to put it, provincials from Saturday. Lifted in the fancy new raw division: 55lbs pr on the squat, no PR on bench and a whopping 11lbs pr on deadlift.

Benched 365+140lbs of chain at 280. Big deal for me because my bench has always sucked and now it sucks a little less.
I have a lot of exercises I PR in, but I choose to only document Bench, deadlift, and (for now) Front Squat, as Back Squat isn't in my training. Raw lifts. I don't set out to max out all too often as I have no idea where I'd fit a max week in. Perhaps where I would "deload" I should max. Every 8 weeks or so?
Bench: 225 (8/5/11) <--- from my old 185 PR, this makes me smile.
Dead: 405 (8/8/11) <--- got an Inzer Forever Belt recently, this should go up with the additional support.
F. Squat: 235 (8/18/11) <--- projecting adding 10#-20# to this soon
I am happy with my 195 on the Incline BB Press I achieved a week or so ago. Check my log for that day. Uber fatigue at the end of my last cluster. Fun.

415 on squats today :) was after 3 sets of 315 x 5, 365 x 2 385 x 1 405 x 1 lol.. so i can probly get 440x1 ! my squat is shooting up
Prior deadlift PR was 475 came in tonight pulled 485 easy then pulled 495 very excited didnt think I had it in me to pull 500 ill give that a few weeks. Have had a new PR in my pulls every other week for the last 6 weeks hope I stay on this curve!
