315 Chain suspended GM, below paralell.
Got a 685 free squat sans suit (but with briefs and all that). Video will be posted in the log sometime this week or weekend as I (still) don't have internet yet.
Also hit 315x7 on bench which isn't a 1RM obviously but was a PR for that weight.
I guess this is a PR, because I have never really done sumo deadlifts. Especially doing them for reps. But I did 405 for 2 sets of 10 reps :strong:
A surprising easy 545 x 2 DL after working my A&& off doing heavy rack pulls...! I see 600 x 1 around the corner! with my loose suit.
WOW what a difference a belt makes. My previous PR (505 2-3 in. high) felt like nothing with my Inzer Forever 13mm belt. Went to 515 deep and still had some left in the tank. This is awesome :D lol
460 off a 2 board with Rage X single ply. Was a 40 pound PR for me.

365 floor press
Today I pulled a 515lb stiff leg deadlift with a hook grip off of a 4" platform, and did a 465lb zercher squat out of chains and off a 13" box with a cambered bar.
370, 375, 385 all on bench today

I had a 675 deadlift today. It was ugly and the lockout was a bit shaky, but I got it.
545x1 box squat. efs box w/ foam. probably right at parallel possibly .5-1.5" high.
also, 405x10 off same box.

715lb rack pull PR, with the bar set about 3 inches below the center of my knee.

Also, I pulled a 225 lbs deadlift, eight weeks after doing them for the first time. Only 13 years after my football coach said deadlifts would blow my knees out of my ass. Jerk.
Oh well, I still have Princess Leia in a metal bikini.
