Okay, so my current maxes are B 260 (250 w/pause) S 325 and D 405 (probably a little less now)
I was thinking of progressing like this:
Think that'd work out alright? First competition too, competing in 148 class.
Have your 2nd attempt be a new PR.
As in have it 5-10#'s above your current PR. You want that 2nd lift a new PR.
If this is your first ever comp, I would honestly open lower, think of it as your last warm-up. I'd go something like this:
Squat: 300, 320, 335
Bench: 225, 245, 260
Deadlift: 365, 385, 415
Anyone catch this? Start benching now. Make sure you get your technique hammered out. You'll need to practice pausing as well. Only from benching will you be able to determine your attempts.

I didnt expect it to be that long. Also how much time between each attempts ? I guess it is prettu much different every meet but what's the shortest and longest time you've seen ?
