Thats all i had time for,i got to the gym very very late..I didnt get to do my dynamic warm up or anything,all my warm ups felt heavy and my last set with 260 didnt feel strong like it should have..i lost count too lol,i wanted 10 oh well...I still hit a nice PR on them so thats cool..

Very happy with deadlifts today,they felt really easy..My goal was 8 for the day so i stopped,i def had more in me but i met my goal..Thats a pretty big PR as well for me..

I had to lower the weight from 315,i was getting a RIDICULOUS back pump fro the gm's i did that i couldnt take anymore lol,i almost didnt finish my 2nd set of 315 cuz it hurt so bad but pushed thru..

I wasn't feeling it on bench today,...I was hoping for 8 but that didnt happen..Plus my elbow was ****ing killing me so that didnt help..I think i need to get a elbow sleeve or something when i bench...The rest of my workout was strong tho,i hate when that happens lol,you feel weak in the begining but midway a switch clicks on and you go crazy lol..
