10/24 DL Week#1 Coan Program
I decided to incorporate the Coan program for my DL'n since Ive heard a lot of good things about it. It should take me up to the end of the year and if all goes right, I should hit my goal of 550 by the New Year.
Calculated from 480 1RM
(60%) 330x8x3 (90 sec rest between)
Accessory Circuit- 3 sets of each(90 sec rest between)
Set 1- SLDL-225x8, BB Rows-225x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched GMs-225x8
Set 2- SLDL-245x8, BB Rows-245x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched GMs-245x8
Set 3- SLDL-245x8, BB Rows-245x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched Gms- 245x8
All working set were done with a Belt and loose PowerPants briefs. I cant DL or Squat a true Raw with my groin so messed up. The PPs dont really give me too much carryover, but enough support to curve the groin pain. Theyre more like Biker pants...This seems like a good fit so far. Will see how it goes in a few weeks.
