Speed DL (RAW-no belt)
Tested how I felt RAW today since I felt good last squat day. Absolutely no groin pain. This is good news since I really havent trained raw in a long time. The speed DLs werent exactly speedy, but that will come in due time. Just staying with the numbers in the program. Im slowing under knee height, so im going to keep at the quaded mini work too. My back was too French Fried Tatered to do GMs at the end, so I will alternate them and the SLDLs for now on.
This brings me to my decision that since I felt no pain in the groin, I think Im going to compete Jan 30 in the 198 RAW Div in Newark. I know that will make Tone happy:hello: My DL sucks, but Ill be happy with 5 wheels or more. Squats ill aim in the 500 range also. And bench ill try for the 350ish range. Now I just need to find time to get my ass to Jersey and Maryland to train with the brohams..

Concentrated on form today. Weight moved really slow and felt weak off the chest. I got to address this crap. Didnt work any higher without a handoff. Went higher on the rep range for accessories too.
Damn that 315 is such a nice number when it comes to bench....a nice round 3 plates. I can't wait until I'm there. Nice session!
Looks solid just the same with the benching and all dude.
Throw some higher rep DB bench after your main movement and see if that does anything for your off the chest problems. Maybe some more lat work too. You'll figure it out, keep pushing.
