Very good day. Sumo stance is totally dialed in and all sets today were easy. The RH kickbacks are when you use the long strap and put it around your feet and kick out intstead of swinging the weight. Really gets at the hams and Glutes.
*side note- I started cutting weight this week, so Im going to give 198s a run. After 4 weeks Ill decide whether im going 198 or 220. BW now -218

Good luck with the cut. Is it worth it to get the book? On to the Eagles, why is Vick still playing. He has so many turnovers it's insane. Not only that they are playing conservative offense just to try and minimize the turnovers. They need to put Foles in, run the shit out of Shady and get something going. The defense is finally playing as good as it needs to and they have Vick fumbling into the end zone giving away games.
Im right with you on getting Foles in there. The "pros" are still saying it would be suicide to get rid of Vick. Not sure what they are watching... The under use of Shady along with the turnovers is a recipe for failure. They say Foles is untested against real opponents, but as cool as he is in the pocket and as accurate he is, i think we'd easily be in better shape. Reid will never pull the trigger, unless Vick gets hurt. I wouldnt be suprised if he hopes to see him go down so he doesnt have to make the decision...

I just think your bench suffered a little bit today due to the big push you've made on Squats and Deads. Your body just looked tired and your technique suffered. The last few weeks before this one your arch has been better than ever. HUGE belly and you lost that today. You're far enough out it won't effect you, it was just an off night. Strength is definitely there.
