First week of 12 week meet cycle. Was fighting being sick and out of sorts, and it took everything just to squat today. So did some work and called it early.
Thats it. No pulling. Need to rest up and bounce back.

Switching bar weight/band tension up each week for speed work. Feels good, but still having a problem in the neck when benching. Have to see the Chiro soon for an adjustment.

Had to squat Friday night because some of our guys have a bench meet Saturday morning. But it started off bad from the start. I forgot my briefs, so that killed the original plan. Then once I started, I knew I wasnt exactly recovered from pulling 2 nights earlier.
Thats it. Call it an early deload or whatever, but plenty of time to get work in.
Smart plan to shut it down.

Finally got my SDP shirt back. Fits perfect, BUT...the 1st rep I took with it, i heard a tear. The collar started ripping in the middle WTF! So I said fuck it and finished anyway. Cant win with this thing anymore. So Im going to send it out again and hopefully get it back quick. Only 10 weeks out..

First day of the 10 week cycle benching. Weight didn't move as good as I would've liked, but I put in a good amount of weeks heavy, so its about due to catch up to me. Even though this is the beginning of the cycle, ive written in a deload for next week, and it seems it was at the right time. Afterwards, ill have a shirted week at around 90%, then a shirted overload week with reverse bands.
