Nick- I'm right with u on the Mcnabb thing. All week long the media was like "how are the fans going to react? It would be a travesty if they boo". I was tempted to but have him a clap then booed him when he took the field. He looked like the same old McNabb throwing at the ground or 3 feet over the receiver. It definately was the right time for him to go. Hopefully no more than 2 weeks for Vick. With the O line as bad as it is, Kolb will be running for his life every play. He'll be lucky to get 3 seconds in the pocket....

A little light on accessory work, but definately felt it today. I need to bring up my glute strength. My lockout is a major weakness. Any ideas? Also, I have vid of my last set of 445 that ill post when I get home from work.
Great work, dude. For glute work, I'd suggest olympic squats and front squats, but something that's not so taxing that can be easily done with accessory work is bulgarian split squats, walking lunges and pull throughs.

****ing strong deadlifts, bro. The best thing I ever did for my glutes was the GHR with banded resistance. Not sure if you have one available. What makes you think your glutes are holding you back?
Baseball is still going on? I thought that ended in May... at least for me it did. :( That was one hell of a performance though. I got the Yankees and Phillies in the series, with Philly winning in 6. That pitching is just too good.
