I have a new found love for spinach. Never really liked it, but its awesome at this point in the diet. I add spinach to everything now. Having a salad, i add spinach on top. Making a stir fry, add spinach with some chili sauce. Feel like gnawing your arm off, have some spinach.
Also couldnt believe the nutritional info, 1 gram of carbs per 100 gram and 2 grams of fiber.:hello:
